The KW Designed Solutions segmented clamp closure high pressure, high temperature autoclave system has a quick-acting closure mechanism, innovatively engineered; lightweight yet robust and provides the operator with a quick and simple opening/ closing functionality for simple and safe product change-out.
This type of hyperbaric testing system is a popular choice for scientific and materials research sectors; used on customer specific autoclave and reactor pressure vessels.
Our segmented clamp closure vessel has an advanced design, applicable to all vessel types. It can be specified with single or double-ended closures and capable of containing high pressures and high temperatures.
We incorporate pressure vessel support frames and closure support frames into the design, to ensure closure alignment to the vessel body is maintained. For larger pressure vessels, automated closure mechanisms can be supplied to aid and simplify the handling of the segmented clamps and closure plugs whilst also optimising vessel access.
