    Hyperbaric Pressure Testing Services

Hyperbaric pressure test chambers are used extensively to test products that are required to operate at pressure levels higher than atmospheric conditions. This is an indispensable form of rigorous testing for OEM companies and companies who service products, for example, the offshore and subsea industries and other extreme high-pressure applications, where nothing can be left to chance.

    Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Services

Hydrostatic pressure testing is a method used by OEM companies to verify that a component or assembly used in a highly pressurised environment can be factory acceptance tested, qualification tested, or for research and development testing.

    Gas Testing Services

Low and high-pressure gas testing is available for validating components as part of a FAT (factory acceptance testing), qualification testing, type approval testing or new product development testing.

    Submerged Gas Testing Services

Submerged gas testing can be used for increased safety during high-pressure gas testing and to identify leaks without the increased risk. Our multifunctional test pit is quickly filled with water to place test components and equipment for factory acceptance testing, qualification testing and validation testing, along with new product technology development testing.

    Environmental Testing Services

Our environmental test chamber recreates extreme climatic conditions encountered by products, parts or test components in their field of use. Controlled climate and excessive temperature conditions ranging from -70°C to +200°C. Our test chamber is 2 metres wide by 3 metres deep and 2 metres high. It has various ports and pentrations for interfacing with the components under test, along with hydrostatic and gas testing simultaneously.

    API 6A PR2 Testing Services

Our pressure testing facility provides testing following API 6A for OEM companies who require a higher level of design validation.

    Instrumented Buoyancy Loss (IBL) Testing

KW Pressure Testing provides Instrumented Buoyancy Loss (IBL) testing for buoyancy product manufacturers who require the integrity of their buoyancy products and innovations validating. This ensures many subsea products, such as Distributed Buoyancy Modules (DBM) and Drill Riser Buoyancy Modules (DRBM), will withstand extremely harsh working conditions.

    Multifunctional Test Pit

Our fully-enclosed below-ground test pit has been built to accommodate various components for various applications and subsea equipment. Capable of hydrostatic testing up to 40,000 psi, gas and submerged gas testing up to 22,500 psi, and safely burst testing components.

    Destructive Testing Services

Destructive testing is carried out to test a specimen’s performance or material behaviour under specific pressures, used as part of the design and qualification process to determine the point at which the product fails. Our facility is used to determine design pressures and maximum working pressures of components and assemblies and that they meet the specified criteria.
