Gas testing is a method used by OEM companies to be able to validate and test the a multitude of products and components for a broad range of industry sectors for factory acceptance testing, qualification testing, or product development testing.
At our facility in Chorley, Lancashire our experienced test engineers operate gas testing equipment with a capacity to test at pressures of up to 1551 bar or 22,500 psi.
Gas testing subjects the internal workings of a components and assemblies to elevated pressure conditions. Generally test components are placed in our below-ground fully-enclosed test pit, but components can also be placed in our environmental test chamber, under stricly controlled and risk assessed conditions, temperatures can be introduced as an additional parameter to the type of testing required.
Our fully automatic pressure control and data logging system operates pressures of up to 10,000 psi. Whilst our manually operated pressure control and data logging system operates pressures up to 22,500 psi.
