High Pressure Self-Contained Testing Systems
Self-contained high-pressure testing system designed for production testing customer-specific subsea buoyancy materials.
The system included the pressure vessel with a manual closing bayonet style of closure. This was attached to a davit arm for easily and safely change the product out of the basket that is attached to the underside of the closure.
The integrated automated control system for filling, purging, pressurising, depressurising incorporates customer-specific pre-defined test procedures and profiles designed to simulate harsh environmental conditions, with programmed pressure and temperature cycles, time and date for full test reporting data. Integrated within a custom-designed pressure system support frame.
