A fantastic new order has been secured to design a safely controlled interactive depressurisation system, operating under potentially hazardous environmental conditions inside a glovebox.

The highly sensitive project will proceed in stages, beginning with provisional feasibility and conceptual design studies and will conclude with the manufacture of the final system.

The first stage allows the customer to be involved in the preliminary depressurisation system designs in line with the technical specifications.

On approval, the second stage will be the manufacture and testing of a prototype system, which upon completion will be assembled for functional testing regimes.

The third stage will commence with a deep dive review of the testing data from the prototype system to evaluate the performance and make relevant improvements and modifications. All legislative and customer specific safety assessments in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines are carried out at this stage.

The goal for the final stage is then to manufacture the fully approved detailed design that meets all the relevant customer specifications, codes and standards. The fully assembled and tested system will then be placed into service.
