We’re seeing increased levels of demand for our 300 bar (4,350 psi) hyperbaric test chamber here at our environmental and pressure testing facility.
Our highly experienced engineers are busy with testing components used in the toughest of environments for the offshore and subsea industries, requiring rigorous qualification testing.
This ambient to 300°C hyperbaric test chamber allows our customers to test their products not only at pressures up to 300 bar, but also at elevated temperatures of up to 300°C whilst at pressure.
With an internal bore of 205mm and an internal bore depth of 300mm, the chamber’s end caps can be changed out, allowing the chamber to operate at 100 bar (1,450 psi) with an internal bore depth of 375mm for testing components.
Data logging of both pressure and temperature, allows us to accurately record the test parameters and results. As with all testing carried out at our facility, our customers receive full technical and engineering support, along with a full test report and documentation pack.
Housed in a fully-enclosed cell with interlocked doors with multiple cameras, ensures components and personnel are properly and safely looked after. Customer witness verification and third party inspections are welcomed.
