High Pressure Permeation Cell

Permeation cell designed and manufactured to test a polymer’s resistance to passing sour gas through it under high-pressure and high-temperature test conditions, to be housed in an environmental chamber. Pressure: 1380 bar. Temperature: 250°C.

Customer-specific design considerations include materials selection suited for high pressures and high temperatures, internal tooling to support the specimen, sealing solutions, multiple ports and penetrations for interfacing with.
