Our test engineers have recently been high pressure burst testing a new series of spherical laboratory test cells.
The high pressure reaction cells are produced by a leading developer of scientific equipment and software designed for key processes in chemistry and biology applications.
Hydrostatic pressure is introduced and carefully applied to each sphere, as per specific instructions and test parameters, in one of our safety enclosed test bays, which is equipped with video monitoring and recording equipment.
The burst testing, along with all the other research and development trials, helps define the safe working parameters of each type of sphere produced.
Our team of experienced test engineers and facilities are available to assist with test trials and qualification testing, compliant with customer and relevant industry standards, along with helping new product and technology development testing.
A full documentation pack for each component includes a test certificate confirming the burst pressure, a test engineer’s report and a test chart confirming the failure pressure and a video showing the mode and point of failure are provided.
