Here we have our KW Pressure Testing engineers, busy conducting low temperature fugitive emission testing, checking, or ‘sniffing’ for leaks on the component at -45°C, for a major valve manufacturer that supplies the oil, gas, and power industries globally.
A third-party notified body witnessed the test, providing essential documentation for us and our customer, ensuring the safety of the component before it’s despatched from our premises.
Our environmental chamber exposed the component to extremely low temperatures whilst carrying out shell, seat and breakout tests whilst under pressure. These tests were carried out in accordance with our customers’ specifications.
A full documentation pack has been generated for our customer, verifying that the valve meets all the relevant acceptance criteria specified in the test procedure.
Our facility and dedicated team of experienced pressure testing engineers are available to help and ensure equipment is compliant with customer and relevant industry standards.
