A brand new order has been received from a valued long-term customer of KW’s that has been developing and manufacturing interconnect systems for harsh demanding environments for over 40 years.
An ASME U stamped breech lock closure pressure testing vessel will be designed and manufactured to operate at over 1100 bar (15,954 psi) for qualification testing the next generation of components and assemblies.
Our breech lock closure design is a robust and efficient quick-acting closure that allows the operator to be able to safely and quickly access the pressure test chamber with a minimal amount of handling. The slim-line nature of the breech lock closure allows the body of the pressure vessel to remain slender providing a small workspace footprint.
Once the test chamber is designed and manufactured it will be hydro tested by our experienced test engineers within our purpose-built KW Pressure Testing facility and despatched to the west coast side of the USA.
