Here we have a hyperbaric pressure testing system designed and manufactured for a global defence and security component manufacturer.
With a large internal volume and bore of more than 1.5 metres, the pressure system is capable of testing large specialist equipment. A system of bogies allow for test equipment to be smoothly transferred into the test chamber.
Our experienced engineers designed an automated quick-acting bayonet closure for the pressure test chamber. The chamber is used to validate technologically advanced components to hydrostatic loads at a controlled rate, with specific test profiles and procedures and for capturing essential test data.
The hyperbaric test chamber will be mounted in a bespoke position, and in addition, has an ultraviolet filtration loop to mitigate the risk of bacteria forming within the fluid holding tanks.
Full installation and commissioning in the coming weeks will form part of a range of hyperbaric pressure testing systems operating in a purpose-built pressure testing facility.
Our engineers will provide full operator training including high pressure system functionality, practical activities and demonstrations of all the essential pressure system safety procedures.
